This is Cordelia’s first documentary film, 30 minutes in length, made during her six months living, performing and teaching in Nairobi. She was able to meet and interview young aspiring classical pianists who are showing inspirational determination, passion and drive as they fight to develop their musical skills, despite lack of instruments, tuition, support and opportunity.

06/09/2021 | Book release: The Happy Music Play Book

The Happy Music Play Book
Cordelia Williams
– easy, joyful, everyday games for music and creativity with little kids (and passing some time when you’re out of inspiration).

Cordelia’s first book is for parents of small children who would like to introduce joyful music-making into everyday family life. It was written while caring for two rambunctious boys under four, and tested on them to pass the days of lockdown.

Designed around the daily routine of young children, these miniature games and explorations encourage a natural instinct for music and lay the foundations for creativity and self-expression.
